Access97 was working great until I updated to Access2000.
I have removed and re-installed 3 times and I still get the following error whenever I try to convert Access97 to Access2000 or whenever I try to Import a table:
"The Visual Basic Applications project in the database is corrupt"
Can anybody help me? I have several databases in Access97 which needs to be converted. I do not want to Re-Build.
Thks!

Thank you very much for the info.
Unfortunately, Mirosoft's solution did not work. For thier solution to work, one would need too be able to open the corrupted database. Which in my case I'm not able to. Still get the same error measage.
If you have any other possible solution(s), I'm more than intressed in knowing what they may be.
Note: Problem might be with the Software, bad disk.
Thks! Again.

Hi,

Try to import everything from your old 97-database in a new 97-database. Then Compile your VBA-code and Compact-and-repair the whole application.
Then try again to convert to Access 2000

I would do that if I still had 97 loaded, made the mistake of deleating Office97/98 when I loaded Office2000. Do not have the old disk. Didn't come with 2nd hand computer.
Thks!
