This woman is manipulating her classroom of children.

She is Presenting them with a new language.

She is Instructing them on how they should address her, as "TEACHER", and if they don't abide by her wishes, they are being disrespectful.

In other words they are entering into a territory where they might be admonished and punished.
Notice how she directs them to disobey their parents. This is how 1984 works.

Did you know that when a new word enters the language, it is not inspected and decided on by a bunch of professors, it arrives in the language through the use of the population.

The population as a whole determine and accept the new word. It's not done by decree or by committee.

So the new words for a person who is neither man or woman are not real words, they are manufactured words for this particular user case. You are under no obligation to use these words whatever she says.

I can guarantee that these words will not come into common use as there is no utility in them. They are useless. They replace more natural words.

Her presentation (falsely) assumes that that the entire world has adopted her viewpoint and that she has to educate those in the classroom on the correct etiquette. The reality is that her viewpoint only applies to that one classroom setting and it is being forced on the students. Consequently, she has no right to force her viewpoint on those in the classroom.

Unfortunately, people are gullible. They will vote for a politician who promises "free" stuff. But in this case, the situation may be more like a fad. One can only hope that this gender identification fad will soon expire.

In most large American cities "Johnny" can't read or do math at grade level but always gets promoted. We spend extraordinary amounts per pupil ranging from a low of $7,624 in Utah to a high of $24,040 in NY. The scores in Utah are better than those in NY.
