Considering that a lot of the Executive Branch regulations were imposed without Congressional action, the regulations are frequently going to be technically unconstitutional, but they are in place due to an old and very bad precedent. And if that "Chevron Deference" precedent is overturned (up for review by SCOTUS this year), all "regulation by executive fiat" will be open to charges of being unconstitutional because of bypassing the "separation of powers" clause. It will be chaotic. But given the mess that the government has made for itself, it NEEDS to be dusted up a little.

When the government decides to take money from one citizen to give it to another that it has deemed more worthy, it is theft. Plain and simple. It is NOT charity. Charity is that which we WILLINGLY give to those WE wish to help. You can't force me to give to YOUR charity unless you are the government and you have guns.

Many government programs that "help" the less fortunate sound good and we are intimidated into not protesting the theft of our money lest we be called names. But the government should NOT be in the business of "helping" people. That should be left to actual charities and social groups.

By coincidence, Raskin has already taken up the challenge. Of course, with the current House, this is pure political theater that will never materialize. But then the Democrats successfully subverted the Patriots Act in an attempt to get Trump, which essentially crippled the Trump administration for his entire presidency. With that in mind, the Democrats may attempt to pass Raskin's proposed legislation in the future when they have control of the government.

These people are complete morons. Trump was never convicted of Insurrection. He was never charged with it. We're back to the French Revolution again with the j'accuse. All you have to do is to accuse your political opponent and the red queen comes screaming into the room "off with his head".
