Access 2010 Code windows all open (1 Viewer)

:banghead: When I select an object and then go to the code window for that object (either by selecting "Code" from the ribbon or by selecting an event procedure from the properties list) the VBA screen opens all code windows for the project. Is there a way to stop this so that only the relevant code window for the selected object opens?

you can manually close all code windows and they won't reopen until you next open them

also, selected code window will be on top anyway if opening by selecting it (form/report/module). only if you just open vba window form ribbon will the top one be random (never noticed whether or not it is the last one selected)
