Access 2010 Ribbon Customization (1 Viewer)

Hi.
I'm currently using access 2007 and will be purchasing 2010 this month if Santa is good to me.
From doing some research on the internet I find that the Access 2010 Ribbon is customizable. Great! But I was wondering if one can create several ribbons and assign or call a certain one when you open a form? I could create shortcut menus using Macros but I'd prefer the look of the old menus.
