When access starts up, you always get the Access Logo and who it is registered for momentarily before the application properly starts. Does anybody know how to customise this to my own personal logo?

Thanks for any help,

Hilly

That is the basic splash screen for Access, you could disable it; then make a form with your own splash screen that is timed so that your main form would open.

Firstly: How do you disable the splash screen??
Secondly: I currently have my main menu opening on startup anyway, can I create my own splash to appear then disappear before the main menu opens??

Thanks

Its for Access 2000 running with Office 98, strange combo I know but its for a school. I have produced it on Access 2000 with Office XP if it makes a difference

If you create a .bmp file with the name of your db and store it in the same directory as your .mdb, Your .bmp file will be used instead of the Access screen.

Thanks

I'd like to extend my thanks! That works brilliantly!

Can you make it so it stays up for like 5 seconds or so?
