This is odd.
My continuous form text box font name to Calibri. Bit, after opening the form in form view
the font gets changed to MS San Sarif 11 point.
When I change the font to any other font it's ok. Only when I set it to Calibri does the font
revert back to MS San Sarif.
If I set the font to Calibri (Detail) is fine.
This occurs on nearly all forms where I set the font to Calibri.

Any ideas on why this happening??

Which version of Access and which version of Windows? There was an issue with Calibri font some years ago.

It also seems to have happened to other members. Here is one example.

I'm still searching for the article I recall about Calibri being a "problem child" due to either copyright or trademark issues.

I've been experiencing this issue myself and reported it to the Access team over a week ago.
The issue has occurred since the new Office theme based on Aptos font was introduced in version 2308 but may not be directly related to it.

Reversing the changes doesn't always work unless you do one control at a time
As you say once re-set to Calibri Detail it works fine

As well as some of the textboxes, labels & combos being changed to the very ugly MS Sans Serif font, some command buttons have been changed to System font. The issue is currently under investigation

So, should I change all effected text box fonts to Calibri Detail?

In the short term, that does seem to work. But it isn't just textboxes
I also tried 're-setting' the default theme fonts. That also works but I'm having to do this for every affected database in turn.

Its a PITA and at first it appeared nobody else was affected. However the number of reports is increasing as the version number gets updated for more users. Although Aptos became the new default in v2308, I believe this issue only started in v2309
