No, this would only be needed to work out when an activity should end based on how many minutes it should take, and when it should start.

It is just a start and end formula needed.

OK. I was interested in how to do that as well. Here is a test file I have been working on with two test employees. Maybe it can help you. I was able to format the times in Days Hours:Minutes.

No, I have given up on this at the moment. Sadly other things have become more important, so this is on the back burner for a while.
