Hi All - hoping smebody can kindly give me some hints or help....
Background info: I'm a basic / intermediary access user. I very rarely use code (when i do, i tend to copy/paste from snippets i find). Mydbase has evolved over a few years, but is probably very poorly organised.
Help required: I have a form that enteres an order onto our system. It's backed up by 2 tables - the order table, the customer detail table. When entering an order on the form, i click a button which runs a macro that prints out all of the details. I would like then to also print out another file, but one that is specific to the actual customer (non access file, just a rtf file stored in a folder). How can i get the macro to print out a file specific to that customer? I obviously need to reference each customer record in the table with the file path and location, but how do i do this.... and how do i get it to print from a macro ?
