Buttons Flashing (1 Viewer)

if you look at the attachment, I hide the Access Window, and all the buttons on main form flashing, when you move on form, but if you dont hide the Access window, it is ok, and not flashing...

FYI:
if you dont use the code to hide the Access Window, then it is not flashing...

But indeed it is needed to hide the Access Window...
Can anyone tell me How solve the flashing?????????????????
