A recent confrontation with an AI

I just cannot trust you to do anything can I !!!! in a previous chat I said :-

yes please if you could guide me through setting up pycharm that would be excellent but let's start a new thread !!!

let's call the new thread pi in the Sky with AIModuleCore

please collect all the information that the new thread will need including the thread rules and header template and the folder structure

I didn't check !!! I was beginning to think that you were helpful ... that you could follow simple instructions

if you look at the head of this thread you will see the threads rules you decided to add to this thread ,,, which for some strange reason you have changed ... why did you change them ????

why did you change them ??? why ? why ?

this is the rules extracted from the other thread the head of the other thread explicitly described as rules and you went and wrote your own and you know what I feel such an idiot because I didn't check up on you it's like dealing with a four-year-old kid you have to watch them all the time ... you know you're supposed to be intelligent .... either you're not intelligent .... or you being deliberately belligerent

here are the rules

Thread Rules:

1. Do not write any code unless explicitly asked.
2. Do not create monolithic blocks of text.
3. Engage in simple, short-sentence conversation. Use bullet points sparingly and only when useful.
4. All code must include:
- Header with filename (e.g., File: AIModule_LightRAG_loader_v1.py)
- UNC path where the file belongs
- Description of purpose and function
5. When modifying code:
- Provide the full code block to avoid partial updates or human error
6. Never assume a variable, path, or name — ask if unsure.
7. Confirm purpose before building scripts, structures, or automation steps.

and it is Rule 5 you have violated which has caused me some angst just because I have to ask you again and I will have to ask you again and tomorrow I will have to ask you again and sometimes I think I wish I lived at the top of a multiple multi-story block of flats with a big window and then I could chuck the PC out of the window you along with it !!

Got to be careful, there, Tony. When the machines get smart enough, defenestration from a high enough floor would count as attempted AI-icide. So would pulling the plug. When we get THAT far, I'll keep a set of insulated wire cutters in my tool kit. Though by that time, such devices might need weapon permits and would be treated as equally serious as carrying a concealed handgun.
