calculate cumulative late

but my design db.

any employee have 240 min. in month for morning late or departure early ( permission )

this permission in minutes in morning

i he come 08 : 30 his take 30 min. from 240 min
second day 08 :15 take 15 min.

and after 240 min.
i dedicate as i told you before

and i calculate this time to set his deduction on salary

in new design how to set this

or can you make it as my desgin db

if he exceed this (cumulative) from his/her lates, then that's the time we will compute the minute delay?

i had two field CummulativeLate (min): Val(Nz(fnCummulativeLate([id],[uotono]),0))


and

cummulativeealy(min): Val(Nz(fnCummulativeealy([id],[uotono]),0))

and this fields as you know are cumulative per employee

i need new filed with name percentage deducted

this field with formula as attached excel
