Calculations with Access (1 Viewer)

Hi all. I have a table for costs of repairs to a large fleet of heavy lorries. Within this table, I have 4 currency columns to show costs for: Labour, Parts, Sublet and Misc. Not all the cells in the columns have data for each record i.e. Most would have labour but not Sublet or Misc. When I am trying to calculate the total of all these in a querie, because some do not have any data in, they will not calculate as a total, but when I put £0.00 in the cells that are blank, the calculation works. Any ideas please? Is there a calculation that will ignore any blank cells?

No, just make the default value $0.00.
