Can Access 2003 show ControlTip Text without the mouse event

yes, I read this. this is where I took the flags from

I tried it both on Hebrew UI and English UI. In any case the system support Hebrew and full right allignment.
It's not so importent issue, so don't spend too much time over this

With respect to what I was saying;

If the shell language is Hebrew, Arabic, or another language that supports reading-order alignment, the window text is displayed using right-to-left reading-order properties. For other languages, the style is ignored.

But in my experience if you introduce a style or flag you must check ALL the notes from Microsoft because sometimes you need other flags for some to work or if you introduce a flag then it might not work unless there is also another flag as well.
