Cannot get back to Design View

I created my database, forms, tables, etc. I cleaned everything up, and made it to where when the startup screen opens, all of the design toolbars etc, are not there. I cannot figure out how to get my design toolbar back, etc. Now I cannot edit any of my forms etc. Ive attached a screenshot of what opens when I open my database. Does anyone know how to get these items back?

Can you right-click on the Main bar? Customize.. Toolbars.. Reset? Probably not eh?

Close the db and when you are reopening it, hold down shift.

Holding down shift while opening the database worked like a charm!

You're welcome. What I lack in knowledge I make up in speed.

Also, try hitting the F11 key. This should bring up the database form.
