changing width properties

hello all
i have two Qs
1-

i want to change a width of a single field

what happen is when i change the width for one field all the other fields are resized ?
2-
in some forms i cant see all the window, a white area block it so i have to use the down arrow to display it how can i see all the window.

Perhaps a screenshot of both the form in form view and also design view might help us figure it out.

I can't see a single screenshot you've attempted because

1. the first one references your C drive which won't work.
2. The second and third you uploaded to a file sharing site which is blocked by my work and why I told you to read the instructions on how to upload a screenshot to this forum!!!!!!

I can't see on your shot in design view but it would appear to me from what I'm seeing that you have a form footer that is sized way too large.
