In my department, all the computers have the same specs, in terms of being 64 bit and running Windows 7. This hasn't changed in at least 4 months (as long as I've been here).
Most people accessing a particular database can do so without problems. However, one has started to display the message
"Compile Error
The code in this project must be updated for use on 64-bit systems. Please review and update Declare statements and then mark them with the PtrSafe attribute"
I've done some reading, on this forum and elsewhere, but don't understand why only one person is getting this message. Until last week, even he wasn't getting it.
Surely, if the 64-bit thing is the root cause, everyone should be having problems? Any suggestions?
