Right now I'm doin a listing in word thats that has information running from top to bottom (left to right) in three columns.

So my question is: Is there a way to format a report so the data comes out in multiple columns instead of one long continuous column?

In page setup for the report, go to the columns tab.
From there you can set up the number of columns, width, direction, etc.
The attached db has an example report.

Hope this helps!

In the Columns setting you have "4", but the report is ounly outputting two columns? Can you help explain? I'm having trouble getting more than 2 columns to print on my sub report.

Never mind, I see it's only taking two colums to report the amount of info you have in your table. I added more rows of info and thus requiring more rows...
