For each subject, you will need to have a child table for "Course". This is the specific semester long course of instruction that is being provided. For Maths, that may be "Maths-1", "Maths-2", or something similar.

That is what tblSemesterCourse is. Look at the concept of the other junction tables as well. I didn't flush out the tables. All I included were the PK and FK and one or two fields. This was not intended to be complete. It was intended to show the OP how incomplete his original schema is.
