Democratic Fiscal Corruption, Republican Complicity

DOGE has been doing an amazingly commendable job of exposing Democratic (Biden) fiscal corruption. While this is good news, it also points to the failure of Republicans in the US House of Representatives to read the the appropriation bills that they were passing before the November 2024 election. The US House of Representatives controls the purse strings of the US government. Effectively, the Republicans in the House failed to do their due diligence concerning fiscal responsibility.

What was particularly egregious was the approval of a continuing resolution in December 2024, after the election was over! This would have been an opportune time to have cut the budget and even shutdown the government should Democrats have refused to go along. Once again, Republicans rolled-over for the benefit of the Democrats. Now Republicans want to have a major hissy fit over Democratic fiscal corruption that they could have started to address much earlier?

If it's anything like our Government, 90% of them are only there to line their own pockets or their buddy's.

They are all complicit in not dealing with things and having a short term view (say about 3-4 years...#shockhorro#) on everything.
They never take a long term apolitical stance on anything for the betterment of the country.
