When I first heard of Jack Smith "inventing" the presidential immunity limitations issue, I was wondering what psychedelic drugs he was on. Basically, why would a corrupt administration (Biden) even bring-up the issue of presidential immunity. Should their corruption ever be exposed, they would become victims of their own frenzied hubris to get Trump. That failed. Nevertheless, now that the Supreme Court has made a sort-of decision, Biden may potential become the first victim success of cleaning-up presidential corruption.

This case is also reflective of other attempts by Democrats to deceitfully manipulate political process in their favor. I don't recall all the specifics, but Harry Reid ended the ability to use the filibuster to slowdown the appointment of a Supreme Court Justice this backfired and allowed McConnell to appoint Gorsuch. Then of course there was the ridiculous attempt by the Democrats to inappropriately use the 14th Amendment to keep Trump off the ballots in various states. This raised a Constitutional concern that local prosecutors could keep a candidate from running for president based simply on politics. Bragg's persecution of Trump is an extension of that, in that a local prosecutor (Bragg) can make-up a crime to arrest a presidential candidate.

The Democrats seem to believe that they are immune from the repercussion of nutty "legal" concepts.

How much discretionary power prosecutors have disturbs me quite deeply

Yes, extremely troubling. The critical concern is the capability of (rogue) local prosecutors (state, county, city) to affect the entire national election process.

Mark Levin in his podcasts has periodically raised this issue. Unfortunately, I don't know which podcasts have discussed this, so I'm having "fun" using Grok on "X", formerly Twitter to provide such a list. I suppose I should add this concept to the I'm in Love with ChatGPT thread.❓

Below is the question with an embedded link. I wonder if this will be a permalink or if it will vaporize after a while?
Provide a list of podcasts were Levin asserts that local prosecutors can undo a national election

Gavin Newsom has $50 million to protect illegal aliens from Donald Trump but zero dollars for firetruck and reservoir maintenance. Meanwhile, he's in Washington asking for fire assistance aid.

Trump needs to convince Congress to make aid contingent on him making a prevention plan and FUNDING it with at least part of the funds we provide. It's not like this doesn't happen every other year. How stupid are Californians to not notice this? Why do they not overrule the tree-huggers and insist on proper forestry management to control wild fires? If you don't clear/burn the brush on the ground, it simply dries out and becomes excellent tinder for the smallest spark.

Tying this money to VoterID is downright wrong and only causes political infighting. Tie the aid to something that will mitigate the problems going forward.

If we didn’t mismanage the budget we already have, we wouldn’t need to run to Washington we could fix it in-house.

With a tiny fraction of the money we gifted Ukraine, we could have given all the USA teachers a raise.
Of course if you dare mention this, all the leftwing nuts will say you are "repeating Russian propoganda", (to avoid acknowledging that it's the truth, I suppose)

Lol that your average government employee would be even more reliable

Lawfare continues:
However, there is one element of the activist left that still poses a significant threat to the Donald Trump and his agenda, and that is lawfare. Many of the same elements of our system of justice that were used to harass, bankrupt, and even try to jail President Trump in years past are still in place and are already being weaponized against MAGA right now.
