Hi there, I love this forum and its my only choice for solution!
Project Background I am working on Employee Management Software, In short i have setup the software with Bio-metric Attendance machine getting employees attendance, it give me attendance of those days where we can punch our thumb in attendance machine like i punch on November 17/19/20, 2012, It's good but when we are talking about salary preparation from that data we know that Saturday's sunday's Off, it create issues because of missing record of that dates (reason i have not punched on saturday's sunday's hence could not get the data on that day).
If i forgot to punch the attendance on 18 November it could not create the blank record where i can setup the popup for absented employees of that day?

Question
How to automatically create new records for date in ms-access for every employee, like today is November 22, 2012, and if i am going on holidays today after my holidays when i opened up the software on November 30, 2012, I want that Ms-Access will automatically create new record between November 22, 2012 to November 30, 2012.

I hope you may understand the Questions! Waiting for help!

I would suggest that you rethink your design. There is no reason to create "empty" records in a relational database and it would be inefficient to do so. I have worked with many applications that record time and not one of them created dummy records.

Please explain the problem that the "missing" records are causing and we will help you solve it.
