I have designed a report with all the relevant fields, but how do i filter the report to print all records for just one customer 'XYXZ'.

This will proberly be pretty simple but i don't know how to do it. So any help would be great.

Sounds like your report is based on a query (or should be) with a criteria something like this:

[Enter Customer Name]

which should popup a prompt whenever the report is opened
