Forms and reports open too slowly

As a general rule, my forms and reports take too long to open (especially if the user is using the system over a wireless network). I know this is a very general question, but what kinds of things can I look for the improve the performance (speed)?

If you can run the same forms and reports locally with no issues then it is your network and theres not much you can do about it, unless you can influence who ever looks after the network to look into your bandwidth issues

It is not recommended to use an access database over a wireless network. The database [and or records opened] can become corrupted is the user loses their signal while in the database and will have to Ctrl Alt Del to kill [close] the database.
