zaasa is the name. I work in the purchasing department of a small company. I do the planning and was content to use MS Excel until I noticed functionality was limited and I was just storing sheet after sheet of data but a lot of what i needed i still had to manually compute. A few searches online and I began to hear the word "Access" getting bounced around and eventually figured "so that's what that other programme in my MS Office suite does". That said, I am Very new to MS ACCESS; actually no more than a month old. I Did the GCF online course for Access 2007 and this helped me with the basics (what's a DB etc). Didn't take me too long into the tutorials to confirm my worst fears; to maximise the functionality of ACCESS, I need to embrace coding (VBA). So, I hope to learn and conquer my fear of code through a combination of tutorials and help from the good folks on this forum.
