Hi Everyone, I'm a long time lurker on this site and your posts have helped me countless times. Thank you. I am completely self taught and my work can reflect that at times, I started with Access 97 (I'm that old) and have used Access for many many applications for different endeavors over the years. Currently, I own and operate a small fiber mill. It's called Round Barn Fiber. We've been in business for just over 10 years now. We take raw wool, and turn it in to yarn and other finished products four our customers in the US. Anyway.... We use Access to track all sorts of things here from Job building and tracking, time tracking, invoicing etc. in our mill, and it works pretty well. But as the mill has grown, the need to upgrade our Access applications has grown as well. I am sure I will be asking for some help as I try to re-design my patched together systems.

Other things about me: We (My wife and I) raise American Jacob sheep as a hobby. They are considered a threatened breed here. They are considered a different breed from British Jacobs. While they look about the same, The British Jacobs are larger, while the American Jacobs are a smaller, more primitive breed. They are fun to work with and bring more interest to our mill. In case you haven't figured it out yet, We also own a Round Barn which some people think is pretty cool.

Hello, Jim, and welcome to the forum. I checked the web and see that Round Barn Fiber is located in Winnebago, Illinois. Is that your place?
