Hello from NZ France electricity distribution elections

I have used access since the 90s, mainly as a data analysis tool. Only limited programming. Retired 10 y. Used data from GIS system or SQL server.
for example a database to carry out radial distribution network load flow calcs. Now using access to analyse election results.
Thank you in advance for help. I hope I can also contribute to discussions...
