HELP Have you ever seen this before

I have a project that I have been working on and I imported some forms into it and now when I try to debug the Code it gives me an error message "Error Accessing File. Network Connection may have been lost." Nothing in this file is on any network its a small 3 table database that has about 12 forms. When I go into the vbeditor it gives me the same error message but most of my code is there. However some of the forms, the ones I imported do not have any code and it gives that same error message. This is keeping all of my forms from working correctly and none of my code will compile. What can I do? I will explain more if needed, I know this sounds crazy. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!
