Good point.
UNION query can rearrange memo fields to normalized structure. Use that as source for subform and apply filter to remove "Not Normal" records.
SELECT ID, Memo1 AS Memo, "M1" AS Src FROM Tasks WHERE Memo1 = "Normal"
UNION SELECT ID, Memo2, "M2" FROM Tasks WHERE Memo2 = "Normal"
UNION SELECT ID, Memo3, "M3" FROM Tasks WHERE Memo3 = "Normal"
UNION SELECT ID, Memo4, "M4" FROM Tasks WHERE Memo4 = "Normal"
UNION SELECT ID, Memo5, "M5" FROM Tasks WHERE Memo5 = "Normal";
Why are Memo fields set as memo type with such short data strings?
