I have the width set to 8.2 on the Property Sheet, however, when I view the form, it stretches across the screen. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Remove/reposition/resize any controls that prevent the the form being narrower.

Hi. Welcome to AWF!

Perhaps you could make it a Popup form by setting the Popup property to Yes?

First, welcome to the forum, because that was your first post.

Second, Gasman's suggestion is correct. A form opened in Form View will never be narrower than the right-side edge of any control for which that edge is farthest to the right on screen. (Doesn't matter where the left edge is located.)

There is one more option:

Turns out there is a setting to force full-screen in the options for Current Database.

Just wondering.
In File, Options, Current Database, Document Window Options; are you set to the default Tab Windows, or Overlapping? Tab will result in this type of problem. Personally I'm not a fan of Tab Windows at all.
