I am building a VSTO Outlook Add-in (.Net Framework based) using VB.Net.
IPM.Contact.Diamond_Contacts is my Custom Form's Message Class Name.

You're in luck. Geoffrey L. Griffith gave a couple of presentations on doing this recently.

He did not specifically address Outlook; his demo was an Add-in for Word. However, the basic concepts and approaches are very similar.
