Hi,
i have attached a slip-down copy of my db. In the form "frmUpdateDraw", you can see that there is a light green table (sub-form). It display the information of a particular drawing number.
1) How do i allow the checkbox of the latest drawing to uncheck and check the next checkbox of the latest drawing when a new "REV" is added in.
and
2) How do i only allow a new row to be added when the "Status" dropdown box selects a "3".
