Hi all,
I will try and explain this as best as i can, please go easy on me as i am fairly new to access.
I have a form called "invoice" and has a subform called "JobsSubform"
The subform is in Datasheet view with only a few fields on it.
When i click on the record of the subform this then opens my form "JOBDetails" which has all the fields on it and lets me edit that record which I have managed to do!
Now want i want to do is to add a records also, i.e. click on new record.
Then when i add the details this then refresh/requery the "JobsSubform".
Oh yes, and I think i will need to to add the "invoiceNumber" from the Invoice Form.
I have attached a sample to try and show what i mean
