How to export data to exel daily and not overwrite with old data

I try to export the data from "Form" to exel file.
I need to key in the "Form" daily and then export in to "designed column (fix column)" in exel file daily also.

How can I export to exel and do not make the data overwrite to lod data.

Sorry Wayne, I could not understand the detail in the tread that you show me. I never do that long exopression before.

Can you give me more explanation for easy and basic retriving data from query to exel.

Let say:
I have query name "physical" and I have field name "Tensile","Length" in that query.
How can I export to file "physical.xls" in column C2 and C3.
