I don't know where you got the code you are using but it isn't even close to being complete. I've attached a database that displays the data you want to get. The button to the right of the database name field starts the process of finding the users.
Use this attached database if you want to find out who is logged into your database. the file dialog assumes a Jet file, if you are using ACE (most likely) use the dropdown on the file dialog to select the .accd*" option rather then the .md* option.
