Good points. Could hard code column reference of first day for each month in a SELECT CASE and calculate from there.
Anybody want to guess regarding whether or not the start columns get adjusted in 2024 if you were to hardcode them now?

Oops, I forgot about leap year. So back to my idea of modifying structure to simplify code. Have the month in a cell above first day of that month. Code finds that column and calculates from there. As is, each month abbreviation is repeated on that row. I suppose the duplication is for convenience of users to always see the month when scrolling. So have the month spelled out in full over first day and code searches for that. The repeats would be abbreviations.

As I mentioned, they could have the month in each column, just white on white for those columns that are not visible, so the sheet looks the same to user, but the code can find the relevant month?
