Can't guide you through it but if you start with creating a few buttons on your form you can easily Insert, Delete of Update the record if you use the build in command Button Wizard.

If you want to have more control, use unbound forms. Learn from the automatically created code and do it yourself.
If you do not want to do that, you want to have more control to do what?
most of the events on a bound form you can use to manipulate your data.
Play with it and let me know.

Create a bound form, the record can be edited. Then, on the form create a button from the wizard, just follow the instruction. And it's the same for both "Delete" and "Insert" button.
