jumping between forms

Hi,

If I double click on a combo box in my booking form it jumps to my engineer form - so far so good, but how do I get it to bring up the record of the engineer displayed in the combo box rather than the first engineer in the table.

the combo box simply jumps to another form, I did this by selecting a macro from the box properties on the line double click...

the macro simply opens the form

You need to set the criteria ([WHERE] clause) for the second form when opening it.
