My boss wants this magical program that will look through these records and find all the candidate ids that have two of the same skill and delete the skill with the last date that is the oldest. but some of the skills have the same last date in which case he would want the user rating that is the lowestbe deleted. but what if those two are the same. Basically this is the first thing im doing for him that im actually getting payed for and i sat there with this special ed look on my face.
Can some one telll me if this is possible and where i would begin?
