Linework on reports (1 Viewer)

When I preview a report and print it, the lines between sections of the report and around textboxes are displayed and printed, however when anyone else in my office prints the report, the line work is omitted from the hardcopy even though it is visible on their screen in the print preview window. We are sending the reports to the same printer. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I suspect they are using a different print driver or they have different output settings e.g resolution etc,.
