Linked table issue (1 Viewer)

Hi All
I have a split access database
We have moved the server side to a new shared folder
when i try to point to the new location in database tools
linked table manager
when i choose the location nd click open it keeps just refreshing back to my document folder and will not look at the data

Did you make sure to check the box at the bottom left of the Linked Table Manager which says "Always prompt for new location"...? If not, you need to in order to select the new location. Otherwise it will just relink to the current location.

Hi

Yeah i did tick the check box

i then went to the mapped drive of the location then click on the database file click open and it just just opens up my documents
