I have a problem which i dont know how to face. I have a database on a server share which is split into frontend and backend, users get a copy of the front end via a vbs script i have made, from a shortcut in their desktop. All are very good so far. Recently i found out that another user in the network has linked another database to tables inside the database backend. The user has the right to open the folder, or the database frontend but i dont want to have his other database to use linked tables from the backend. Can you tell me how to prevent this?
