Linking forms with database

Hello All,

I'm new to Access and I have created a form and imported external database so I can see them in the tables tab.

Now, when I go into the property of each control on my form and choose the Control Source Property with the expression builder and point it to the table and the field. All I get is #name? in the fields when I go to "Form View".....am i doing something wrong?

It's alright

I got it, I forgot to set the RecordSource Property. Stupid me!!
