i have a field Account number and next to it, i would like to have a listbox with three options: No Account, Single Account and Multiple accounts; so when a user clicks on one option it is displayed next to Account number field. So for example, if the user clicks on multiple accounts he should have maximum six boxes displayed next top account number which he can enter. PLease help
