Losing keys and relationships

I have an Accesss 2000 system being used by 6 users.

Upto 8 days a day the system crashes. Often when a user logs in the message "unrecognised database format - file needs to be repaired" is seen.

The effect - the primary keys are lost, the relationships are lost and records appear with null or ### in the fields.

All suggestions would be gratefully accepted
