Can you expand on the FE isn't being correctly distributed?

each user should have a copy of the FE on their local machine, linking to the BE on the server. Users sharing a FE on the server will lead to problems

Yep. That's what we are doing. We have never shared a FE.

After the last update ver (1903) Windows 10 default photo editor stopped opening for me. Its like a dead link, then an error message.

Experienced that too but it's working now. Just received an email from IT. Apparently there were some reported issues with a windows update in August (about the same time we started having problems) and MS Access using VBA. IT is going to install this new update. Fingers crossed.

Strange thing about this whole thing is that when Access doesn't load/open and you look at the task manager, it's listed in the Background Processes and not in Apps.
