I want to create a multipage form with the 'root' page serving as a switchboard to take users to several different types of reporting. I want to use a 'button' with a description of the type of report with the button loading to a page containing the specific options for that report.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Although you can do this, it is not the way I would go about it.

Create a new switchboard from your main switchboard for reports. You can then offer selctions for the specific report you wish. When that report is selected it opens a form that allows you to select the options. After selecting the options, place a command button on the form to print the report.

If you wish to do it your way, simply do what you stated. Place a command button on the form to print the required report. The command button will run a macro which 1) closes the current form and 2) opens the report option form for that report. Place another command button on the report options form to print the report once the options are selected.
