need Word maximised after merge

Using Access 2003 and XP I am able to effect a merge from Access and Word appears maximised ready for the user to make additional changes etc. However using the same code on my Access 2003 and Vista machine the resulting merged Word document appears minimised on my desktop. Why is there a differenec and how can I make it appear maximised. Thank you
