Hello Sir,

I have attached the file (one I am working on) with the previous post. If you can download and can have a look on document submitted and document pending field. you will understand. what I want is, when I select documents from document submitted filed, the pending document should automatically appear in document pending filed. If I selected 2 documents out of 6 in document submitted then rest 4 should automatically appear in doucments pending field, which will show that these documents are still pending to request from students.

Hey, Bob. I don't know if you still monitor this site, but btabdevelopment.com appears to not exist at this point. Do you have an alternative website where you've posted this example? I could really use it to study for a problem I'm having with one of my databases.
