[/SIZE][/FONT]Im trying to make a simple database where i can record the times call centre agents spend in certain codes.
I want to be able to view the information on a form where i can select the agent from a drop down list and pick how to view the data (average times daily, weekly or monthly) Im almost done, I just can make the forms work properly.
Can anyone fix it for me? The query to view weekly averages doesnt work nor do the buttons to switch between views.
